Rally for SB5 Repeal and Kasich State Budget Cuts

The Yellow Springs Group of Stand up for Ohio will host Informational Rally for SB5 Repeal and Governor Kasich State Budget Cuts Sunday June 12th 2011 2:00pm – 5:00pm at the John Bryan Center, 100 Dayton -Yellow Springs street in Yellow Springs Ohio.

The purpose of the rally is to inform people of the necessity to continue state and union workers’ rights by stopping enactment of Senate Bill 5 and how the state budget cuts will affect our communities. The Yellow Springs Group has invited many lo-cal agencies and local leaders to come and explain how the cuts will affect the local program that assists the poor, the aged, and the medically infirm in our communities. Please come and join us for some fun while learning about these important issues. If you wish bring a packed lunch to enjoy with the music, poetry and speakers at the informational rally.
