It's been a busy week for us here at GCDP, and last night was no exception!
While some of us attended the County Engineer gathering, others attended the EPA public meeting/hearing for Tom's Mulch in Sugarcreek.
This event was well attended and focused on the remedies that Tom's must comply with in order to stop polluting our water ways. There seemed to be many concerns about the testing and enforcement of the limits. Time will tell whether Tom's Mulch has decided to obey the laws it has been breaking.
